Who we are
Novus Iterum is Latin for ‘New Again’ and I chose this based on Kintsugi meaning "golden joinery," which is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. So rather than hiding the damage the flaws are embraced as part of an object's unique history and beauty.
Making it stronger and more beautiful than it once was, which is true for all of us - our experiences and everything that we have been through helps shape us and bring us to who we are right now.
Sometimes we can feel lost, as though we’re drifting or that we’re stuck, could it be that you’re sabotaging yourself or that you’re burning out. Many people don’t have someone they can talk to or ask questions. What could or should you do, what do you WANT?
Allow me at Novus Iterum: Your Growth Compass to provide some direction.
